 “PHYSICAL ACTIVITY--MUSICAL MOVEMENT” – Jan Peterson

 

Through active participation in music, children will enhance their total development.  By using the steady beat and the rhythm of the music to do hand and body movements, children will improve coordination skills, listening skills, build self-esteem and become more energetic.  This workshop will provide the opportunity to sing and move to old and new songs and become familiar with age appropriate music and musical activities for children.  The purpose of workshop is to get children more involved in physical activity and the workshop is ABC approved.
